State of Play – January 2008

Current longevity promoting activities:

  • 4-5 pots of green tea per day
  • daily vitamins/supplements: – mega-Vitamin B, Ginkgo, Brahmi, Resveratrol, Fish Oil
  • regular exercise
  • eating well – minimal junk food, lots of fruit and vegatables, lean meat etc

Planned future activities:

Finally read Fantastic Voyage and work out what else I should be taking and/or doing.
